Shipping policy
Once you have purchased with Ever After your new items will be packed and processed with love within 1-2 business days and shipped out for their new adventures estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia via Australia Post or Sendle. You can select either regular shipping or express at checkout.
All parcels are sent with tracking details, and ‘authority to leave’ is our postage default, which means that your order will be left at the address or a card to collect your order will be left if deemed necessary by the delivery agent. If there is nowhere safe or suitable for your order to be left, please provide the address of a parcel locker or an alternative address.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
Please note the delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and can extend during busy periods.
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID, our delivery partner Australia Post and Sendle are currently experiencing delays, so please keep in mind may take a few extra days to get to you.
Please ensure the address provided at checkout is correct as this will be where your Ever After parcel will be delivered to, and any change following this will need to be at your own expense.
