How We Work

You are busy. So, we want to make the process of working with Ever After as simple and fun as possible! If you have some little fashion from one of the brands, please read over the below guidelines to make sure your item or items fit our criteria and you are happy to agree to everything outlined.

The process of submitting my items to Ever After was so easy! Katie and the team got back to me really quickly to let me know which pieces they wanted and then I shipped them all off together. So much easier than trying to sell individually on my own on other platforms and so nice to know they will be off to have more adventures!

For our sellers

We stock clothing from preemie to size 8.

The item must be a brand listed on Our Brands page.

We do not accept garments that have stains, damage, or appear dirty in any way.

To submit an item to Ever After please send us a photo/s via email info@ever-after.com.au. Upon receiving the Ever After team will be in touch to let you know which of your little wares we can accept and a price we would be happy to purchase from you for.

Prices for sale will be based on quality, season and you may choose to use that as cash or credit into our store. This will be finalised once the item has been inspected in person to make sure it reflects the images submitted.

Once Ever After has confirmed which items we would like to accept, we will provide you with shipping details to send us your gems. This cost will be at your own expense. Please make a note of tracking details as Ever After bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If you are located within 10km of Melbourne CBD and a price has been agreed upon, Ever After is happy to do a personalised pick up of 15 items or more at no additional cost.

As much as we would love to take on as many little fashion as possible, we can only stock a certain amount on our site at a time. Therefore, Ever After is only able to review a maximum of 30 items per submission. Please select your best items, suitable for the current season.

From late February to mid-August, we accept autumn and winter fashion. And from late August to mid-January, we accept spring and summer items. We may occasionally be flexible with these dates are flexible to account for customer demand.

Any items we don’t sell or that are posted in for submission and unsuitable for sale, are donated to one of our charity partners – St Kilda Mums, Save The Children, Salvation Army or Baby Give Back.

If you need any more information please get in touch. If you are unsure if your item fits our criteria, you can also send us photograph before sending to us so we can provide feedback.

For our buyers

Each item for sale on Ever After has not only been carefully inspected to make sure it is worthy of new adventures, but it has also been sanitised with steam which kills 99.99% of bacteria. 

Ever After stocks a range of both new and second-hand clothing, which will be outlined in the description.

If stated second-hand it means the item has been worn or used before, but still meets our high-quality standards.

Whether your Ever After purchase is a gift for a loved one, or for your own little ones, you will love the delivery coming your way. We use recycled-eco packaging and have put a lot of love and time into ensuring your Ever After mail delivery brings you joy every single time.

Photos of items on Ever After website are of the actual item. We will only edit the image to bring the colour of the item as close to real-life as possible. Different screen resolutions or settings may make our photos look slightly different on different devices.

Bundles do not include props / accessories seen within photographs, unless stated in the description.

Items sold in a bundle are not interchangeable.
